Following my husband's death over two years ago, the time arrived for me to sell the house that had been home to me and my family since the 1970's. Having worked in the same office with Colleen for a number of years, hers was the first and only number I called when I was ready to list and she did not disappoint. She is very personable, trustworthy and qualified in performing everything needed to list and sell your home.
The listing agreement was signed June 8th with receipt of a full-price offer June 11th. Closing was August 25th. During the due-diligence period, required corrections/repairs were made to satisfy the buyer's contingencies. Colleen kept me abreast of the status of remedies to assure me that everything was going as planned to meet the hoped-for closing date.
